If you need help with Promisely, including your account, subscription, or privacy request, email us at promiselysupport@gmail.com.

When contacting us, please include the email address associated with your account and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords or payment-card information by email.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app from Account → Delete account. Apple subscriptions are managed separately through your Apple Account.
